All prices are discounted off  the Manufacturer's List price.  Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors.  If you registered as a Club Member, whenever you buy nine (9) CDs, your tenth CD is FREEEEE ! We'll track your freebies for you and adjust your bill accordingly.  A double CD counts as two (2) CDs.  We reserve the right to restrict this offer to our regularly priced CDs. Shipping & Handling charges still apply.
 

• Domestic shipping is currently 99 Cents for the first item and free for each additonal item.

• Canadian Shipping is $1.99 for the first item and free for each additional item.

• Shopping & Handling for international destinations may be waived upon request for volume orders

It is our goal to simplify your shopping experience.  As a result, we make our shipping & handling policy extremely simple.  Just use the following table:
 

** International shipping charge will reflect actual cost of shipping.  You will receive confirmation of the shipping charge (along with the total charge) via email.  No international order will be processed without your final approval via email.  All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All orders will receive a confirmation via email detailing the exact charges including shipping & handling (if any) for your order.  For domestic orders, you have an opportunity to make any adjustment needed, if you respond via email within 48 hours of submitting your order.  We're an understanding bunch.  For international orders, a confirmation indicating your final approval is required before any item is shipped.   All orders are shipped within 3 working days of the receipt of your order.   Please email us for Express delivery information   You will be notified of any backordered item.  A backordered item will be shipped once the item is in stock.  There is no additional shipping & handling charge for backorder shipments.  Please allow seven (7) business days for delivery to continental US destinations.  Please e-mail us to confirm specific terms for specific foreign destinations -- special restrictions may apply.

We offer a flexible range of payment options (the first THREE of which are listed on the Check Out Screen). Don't forget to check out the convenient Card Info On File and Check / Money Order options.

1) Credit Card. We accept American Express, VISA / Mastercard, and Discover. Credit card orders will not be charged until order is shipped.  This is especially convenient for international orders, since currency conversion to US dollars is made automatically at favorable exchange rates.

2) Card Info On File. If you supplied you credit card number when you registered as a Club Member / Customer or if your supplied your card number in a previous purchase, your credit card number is considered ON FILE. If your credit card number is ON FILE and you select the Card Info On File payment option, you do not need to enter you card number with your order.

3) Check / Money Order If you select this option, you will be billed via email with the total charges. You will then have the same payment options listed in this section. You order will be shipped once we receive payment. You are absolutely under no obligation when using Check / Money Order until you make payment. This option is especially advantageous for international orders and express deliveries, since you will be notified of the total charges before you make payment.

4) COD.  (domestic only) This option is by request only. Please send us an email for further information. All COD orders will be confirmed by email and must be paid by cash or cashiers check upon receipt of merchandise.  There will be an additional $6 COD charge.

5) By Mail. If placing your order by mail, please be sure to include the (1) list of items ordered, (2) shipping address, and (3) payment information (credit card information, personal check, money order, or COD instructions). Please make checks and money orders payable to Island Vibes Music. Please do not send cash. Personal checks must clear before order can be shipped. Your email address is always appreciated so that we can quickly confirm your order or contact you if we have question. Please add shipping & handling (if applicable) according to the table listed above. We reserve the right to increase (or decrease) shipping & handling charges for specific countries. You will be given an opportunity to approve any modification to your total charges

All New York State shipping addresses must add eight and one quarter percent (8.25%) sales tax.

• Returns will be accepted for defective or unopened merchandise.  Returns must be made within ten (10) days of the invoice date for refund or replacement.
• All shipping and insurance charges on all returns must be prepaid by the customer. There is no additional shipping & handling charge for replacement merchandise.
• Package refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer’s warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void.

You can easily scroll through the entire catalog of thousands of items !  Be sure to click on the New Releases or Specials buttons on the CD Catalog to list the latest & greatest !

The message to the right of the Island Vibes CD Catalog caption displays the current status of the catalog (e.g..  "reloading", "searching". etc.) or the number of matches from a search.

The search engine can match any portion of a title or artist.  For example, an artist search for "hall" would turn up "Pam Hall" and "Larry Marshall" among others.  Depending on your browser, you may hear a double beep when a search is completed.

To place an item in the Shopping Cart:

1) Simply scroll through the section entitled Island Vibes CD Catalog
2) Highlight the item you wish to place in the Shopping Cart
3) Click on the "Add To Shopping Cart" button

The item will then appear on the Shopping Cart section found immediately below.

When you are ready to place your order:

1) Make certain that you fill out the Customer Information section at the very bottom.
2) Click on the Place Order button in the Shopping Cart section

You will receive an order confirmation from us via email for each order you submit.   If you feel you submitted an order erroneously, simply email us within 48 hours of placing your order and we'll make the necessary adjustments.  We are an understanding bunch.

If your have problems Shopping, check out the following tips:

1) Your browser may be incompatible with our Shopping Cart.  Your browser must be Java enabled.  Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.0 and above are highly recommended.  Please note that incompatibilities and bugs can occur within subversions (for example, a problem can occur in version 4.01 but not on version 4.02).  Try a different browser and make sure that Java and Javascript are enabled.

2) If your are a corporate user, your browser may be operating behind a fire wall.  In that case, special network restrictions may prevent the Shopping Cart from transmitting your order.  The Shopping Cart may not even load in the first place.  Modifying the security preferences on your browser may solve this problem - please email us for further details.

3) Make sure that your disk and memory cache are active.  Otherwise, your shopping cart would be emptied the moment you page back and forth with your browser.

You are assured that Island Vibes Music takes all the necessary security measures to protect your credit card information, and does not release it to any outside organization.  We use SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt the credit card information you send us in the Club Membership & Account Registration section, so that it cannot be read in transit.  To use our secure server, you must switch to the secure server version of the registration section by clicking on the "secure server".
